Waiting for the Bus 12" x 12"

The theme for this month's "Girls Just Wanna Paint" is "Neighbor." I saw these ladies waiting for the bus outside the local supermarket near my workplace. This painting is actually the study for a larger version.

"Status Quo" 12"x12"

"Patio at Jo's Nautical Bar" 24"x24"

"Walton's Cove" 12'x12"

"Sarasota Palm" 12"x12"

"Greasy Spoon" 6"x6"

Our "Girls Just Wanna Paint" challenge for May was the theme "Delicious." I immediately thought of an awesome diner that I go to but I took it down a peg to "greasy spoon" status for the purpose of this painting...I love these kinds of places...often the food is good and no pretenses. Just easy.
