Tiverton Tractor

I finally got into the studio today and worked on a bunch of paintings including the paintings from Mexico. I finished this one today; I started it last fall in Tiverton, R.I. while painting with Ros and Kelley. It was great to be painting again.

This painting looks really good... the colors are much nicer in person, and it looked SO good against the yellow wall in the kitchen!

I really like the composition.

Thanks Nini. I love the colors in person too and although the image isn't razor sharp, the blog pic looks a bit fuzzy to me...I still like it though. Glad you do too!

I will attest to the difficulty in painting this piece - the traffic was ROARING by at about 55 mph about a foot and a half away from her easel! That's one thing I admire about you - you stick to it and finish what you start! This is a keeper - although I may be prejudiced, it being a Tiverton painting!
